How many devices can I use with my Evoto account?

When you sign into the Evoto desktop app on a device, that device is added to your device list on the device page of your account settings.

Depending on your plan, you may only be allowed to sign into a certain number of devices simultaneously. Here are the device limits for each plan:

  • Non-subscribers can be signed into only one device at a time.

  • Pay-As-You-Go pack users can be signed into up to 2 devices at a time.

  • Annual Subscription Users can be signed up to up to 5 devices at a time, depending on the active plan.

  • On-demand Pack (Only available in certain regions) users can sign into up to 2 devices at a time.

  • Enterprise users can customize the number of devices that can be signed into by contacting our sales.

What can I do if my device limit is reached?

If you’ve reached the device limit, the next time you attempt to sign into a device, you’ll be prompted to sign out of one of your existing devices.

You can also sign out of devices remotely from your device list on the device page.

Or, you can upgrade your subscription to increase the device limit.

Note: Signing in to evoto.ai doesn’t count toward this number or add that device to your device list.
