How many devices can I use with my Evoto account?

When you sign into the Evoto desktop app on a device, that device is added to your device list on the device page of your account settings.

Depending on your plan, you may only be allowed to sign into a certain number of devices simultaneously. Here are the device limits for each plan:

  • Non-subscribers can be signed into only one device at a time.

  • Professional plan subscribers can be signed into up to 2 devices at a time. If you hope to sign into more devices, please contact sales.

  • On-demand Pack buyers can sign into up to 2 devices at a time.

  • Team users can customize the number of devices that can be signed into by contacting our sales.

What can I do if my device limit is reached?

If you’re a Professional plan subscriber and you’ve already signed into two devices, the next time you attempt to sign into a device, you’ll be prompted to sign out of one of your existing devices.

You can also sign out of devices remotely from your device list on the device page.

Note: Signing in to evoto.ai doesn’t count toward this number or add that device to your device list.
