What types of payment plans do you offer?
We offer two main types of payment plans: a pay-as-you-go credit package and a yearly subscription plan.

The pay-as-you-go package allows you to purchase credits as needed. The credit you have purchased will expire after 2 years. | The yearly subscription plan includes different amounts of credits based on the tier you choose. Unused credits roll over to the next year if you renew your subscription. Rollover Feature: To alleviate concerns about credit expiration, we have introduced a rollover feature for the Yearly Subscription Plan. Unused credits can be rolled over, up to a maximum of 5 times the credit of your new subscription package. The unused credits remain valid as long as you’re subscribed. Top Up Pack: Allows you to purchase additional credits without upgrading the yearly subscription. |

What about my original package?
If you have purchase the original package from Evoto few month ago, don't worried about it, you package can be continue used as usually. The credits will be deducted based on the earliest expiration date.
Existing Credits: If you purchased 1200 credits a few months ago and still have some left, they will expire as per the original plan's terms if you do not used them up. Purchasing With New Yearly Subscription Package: If you decide to purchase more credits with the new yearly subscription plan, rest assured that your existing plan will remain active.
Please note that the old package will not roll over into a new yearly subscription and will expire at the end of its term.
Can I roll over unused credits with the pay-as-you-go package?
Unfortunately you cannot. Unused credits from the pay-as-you-go package will expire after 2 years and cannot be rolled over.
Can I extend the expiration date of my pay-as-you-go credits?
Unfortunately the pay-as-you-go credits have a fixed expiration date of 2 years and cannot be extended.
Do yearly subscription credits expire?
No, any unused credits from a yearly subscription will roll over to the next subscription year if you renew, up to a maximum of 5 times the credit of your new subscription package. Please note that Evoto will have a Grace period for your yearly subscription. The grace period is 30 days. If you decide to continue with your yearly subscription, and purchase during the grace period, your plan will be valid for another year, including the rollover credit.
Is there an option to get additional credits without upgrading my yearly subscription plan?
Yes, we offer a top-up package for additional credits at a price cheaper than the pay-as-you-go package, based on your yearly subscription plan.
How is the price for the top-up package determined?
The price for the top-up package is based on your yearly subscription and you will be able to check on the top-up package once you have purchased the yearly subscription. How to check on the Top Up package Price? (picture)
What is a top-up pack?
Top-up Pack is the credit package specifically for most of the yearly subscription plan to purchase additional credits without upgrading the yearly subscription. The Top-Up Pack usually at the same unit price as your yearly subscription.
How often can I purchase a top-up package?
There is no limit to how often you can purchase a top-up package during your yearly subscription period. You can purchase a top-up package as many times as you want.
Can I upgrade my subscription plan at any time?

Upgrading your plan takes effect immediately: After you confirm, your payment method is charged for the and the credit of your new subscription are available. And you left over credit from the previous credit will turn into your rollover credit, and your subscription due date will also be updated.
For example, when you upgrade the 1600 credits yearly plan to the 3600 credits yearly plan, you will be charged instantly for 3.6k yearly subscription, and additional 3600 credits plan will be add to your account. If your remaining 200 credits from previous subscription plan, it will become the rollover credit for the new subscription plan. Also, the new rollover limit will apply right away.
Can I downgrade my subscription plan at any time?
Yes, however the downgrade subscription will only be applied fro your next billing cycle.
If you're downgrading your yearly plan, you will not be billed immediately. Instead, your current plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and only then the new plan takes effect.
What happens to my credits if I downgrade my yearly subscription plan?
Your existing credits will remain in your account and can be rolled over to the next year but for the next payment cycle, the credit allocations will be adjusted according to the new tier for your next year and will include the rolled-over credit.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You cancel your subscription by following steps (picture)
Your subscription will be canceled at the end of your current billing period. After that, your remaining credits will be invalidated.
Will I receive a refund if I cancel my subscription mid-year?
Refunds are not typically provided for mid-year cancellations. However, you can continue using the remaining credits until the end of the subscription period.
How was the credit been deducted?
Evoto will deduct the credit that is closest to expiring soon.

Can I switch from a pay-as-you-go package to a yearly subscription plan?
Yes, you can switch to a yearly subscription plan at any time.
The yearly will start on the day of your purchased. In the meanwhile your pay-as-you-go package will still be available for used.
Can I switch from a yearly subscription plan to a pay-as-you-go package?
Unfortunately, you cannot purchase a pay-as-you-go package while you are under most of the subscription plan. While in the subscription plan, you can purchase the Top-Up Pack for additional credit usage if you do not want to upgrade your package.
And once you decided to stop with your yearly subscription, you can they start purchasing the pay-as-you-go package, and any unused yearly subscription credits may be forfeited.
How do I know how many credits I have left?

Do you offer any trial plans?
Yes, Evoto offers 15 free credits for your account, so you can test our service before committing to a paid plan.
How often am I billed for the yearly subscription plan?
You are billed annually on the anniversary date of your subscription.
Can I share my credits with other users?
Credits are tied to individual accounts and cannot be shared.
For the pay-as-you-go package will allow you to login to 2 different device.
For the yearly subscription plan, based on the tier you have select, you will be able to log into different devices.
However for the enterprise plan, please contact your Account Manager for more information.
Is there customer support available for billing questions?
Yes, our customer support team is available to assist you with any billing questions or issues.
Should I get a pay-as-you-go plan or a subscription plan?
When deciding between a Pay-as-you-go package and a yearly subscription package, it's important to consider your usage patterns and long-term needs.
While the Pay-as-you-go option offers flexibility and suits irregular or sporadic use, the yearly subscription package is often more economical for those who consistently utilize our services.
If you anticipate regular use of our services, the yearly subscription package provides excellent value and ensures you maximize the benefits available.
However, if your needs are less predictable, the Pay-as-you-go package remains a flexible alternative.
Are there any discounts for long-term commitments?
Unfortunately, Evoto do not currently support for the discount for long-term commitment.
Can I cancel my automatic payments for my yearly subscription?
Yes, you can definitely cancel your automatic payments in your account settings: (picture)
Please note that Evoto only has a grace period of 30 days for your yearly subscription.
If you decide to continue with your yearly subscription, and purchase during the grace period, your plan will be valid for another year, including the rollover credit.
However, once you finish your yearly subscription and decide to not continue with the payment. After 30 days of the grace period, all your remaining credit will be gone. If you restart your subscription later, your package will be a brand new yearly package, and the remaining credit from the previous subscription will not be rolled over.
Will I lose my credits if I don't renew my yearly subscription on time?
Yes, you will be losing all your credits if you do not renew your yearly subscription on time. Evoto has a grace period of 30 days for your yearly subscription currently.
Can I get an invoice for my purchase?
Yes, invoices are automatically generated and available for download in your account after each purchase. Please check the following information: (picture)
Do you offer installment payment options for yearly subscriptions?
Currently, we do not offer installment payment options for yearly subscriptions. However, for the enterprise package, you can discuss more options with your account manager.
Will I receive a notification before my yearly subscription renews?
Yes, we send out renewal reminders before your subscription is set to renew.
What is the refund policy for unused credits?
Refunds for unused credits are generally not provided. Please review our refund policy or contact support@evoto.ai for more information about specific cases.
